Whatever Floats Your Boat

The only way I'll imbibe a Guinness is in float form.

Guinness Float with Coffee Ice Cream (yield: 1 pint)

1 pint Guinness

1 scoop coffee ice cream

Whipped cream

Salty peanuts

Chocolate syrup

Directions Fill large glass with beer and top with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, peanuts and chocolate syrup.

Et voilà! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
