Lately I've been sensing a resurgence of the "girl power" mentality. Not in the diluted saccharine Spice Girls form it was eventually watered down to, but in the original feminist/Riot Grrrl form. Women of late are embracing their "You Got This" mantra and are creating and doing incredibly awe inspiring things. It's really an exciting time and Beyonce's Run the World could just be the new girl power anthem. So why not make 2014 your "Get it Girl" year, there's even accessories to get you in the mood.
